More Magnolia Tilda

Good morning everyone.
Hope you are all having a great weekend.
Here is another Magnolia Tilda card. I have used a mauve/burgunday theme for this one.
Tilda has been coloured in with watercolour pencils and I have backed the image with a border made with a Martha Stewart punch. The paper flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts.

21st Birthday Card

I have used black and white as the theme for this card as I think is is a striking combination.
I do not have anyone in mind to send it to and just made it for the heck of it.
I used a spellbinders die to cut out the main circle around the number and prima flowers to decorate the corners.

Birthday Card

Good morning everyone.

This is a card I made a little while ago. I have used a Fiskars border punch to create the scalloped edge on the blue card.
The floral rosettes were made using lace, mulberry paper roses, a fabric rose and rose petals.

Magnolia Tilda 2

The backing paper for this card was from Do Crafts Blueberry paper pad.
The paper flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the frame Tilda was stamped onto was cut using my Cricut machine.
I used watercolour pencils to colour in Tilda. I like using this method but would really love some tuition on getting the shading right.

Art Deco Card

This is a card I made for a work college who is leaving in a couple of weeks.

I used a Martha Stewart punch to cut the border down the edge of the card and paper flowers to decorate.
The pretty image is a topper from Kanban.

Water Colour Pencils

I am just discovering the joy of using water colour pencils to colour in stamped images.
This is one of my first projects. Think I need a bit more practice!!!

Lili of the valley

I have used a Lili of the valley stamp as the central focus of this card. It is coloured with promarker pens.

The flowers came from Wild Orchid crafts and the leaves were cut using my Cricut Imagine.

Thank you for looking.

Cute Hedgehog

This card was made using a country companions stamp coloured with promarkers and decorated with mulberry paper roses. The frame around the stamp and the pink border under the roses were cut from the Cricut Storybook cartridge.

Back to stamping

When I first started making cards many years ago there was not the variety of products that there is available now so most of my cards were made using rubber stamps. I then moved away from this for several years. I have now invested in some new stamps and have come back to making cards with stamps alongside other methods. Here is a card using a stamp from Lily of the Valley coloured in with promarkers and decorated with mulberry paper roses.

Square Cards

I enjoy making cards of all sizes right up to A4 but have got a thing about square cards at the moment.
The card below was made using a 14cm x 14cm card blank and decorated using the spellbinders fleur de lys pendant die cut on gold mirror card, paper flowers and mulberry paper rosebuds.
