Hope you are all having a great weekend.<br />
Here is another Magnolia Tilda card. I have used a mauve/burgunday theme for this one.<br />
Tilda has been coloured in with watercolour pencils and I have backed the image with a border made with a Martha Stewart punch. The paper flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnj7HBtCjwMfVw9GDxgA2c8kQ6Nz-KkKk1Dh883TdlS4je5ppZhAxiUuEkkG2qGjy11hby0Udyv-9sFxHe135Gv35rSn6-uGMex2eH_Oph30kBlnuqEcu93IVl9FbUTgexTK1VATCTbzQ/s1600/002.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="380" r6="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnj7HBtCjwMfVw9GDxgA2c8kQ6Nz-KkKk1Dh883TdlS4je5ppZhAxiUuEkkG2qGjy11hby0Udyv-9sFxHe135Gv35rSn6-uGMex2eH_Oph30kBlnuqEcu93IVl9FbUTgexTK1VATCTbzQ/s400/002.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>Bizzie Lizzie Cardshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04975089900639137307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4341163381319168845.post-25467289145582305522011-03-13T17:04:00.000+00:002011-03-13T17:04:45.107+00:0021st Birthday CardI have used black and white as the theme for this card as I think is is a striking combination.<br />
I do not have anyone in mind to send it to and just made it for the heck of it.<br />
I used a spellbinders die to cut out the main circle around the number and prima flowers to decorate the corners.<br />
<br />

<br />
This is a card I made a little while ago. I have used a Fiskars border punch to create the scalloped edge on the blue card.<br />
The floral rosettes were made using lace, mulberry paper roses, a fabric rose and rose petals.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh51Cv20LO3E9qbCgD4Nue8zMrHAK12s9s16oNm_CVMlqoYAgWm-iqljoN1dFsUdlGKWRTs_P3PtNp4p9lnp2bOn3JK-wZ8sxlRwb_jxVu7CTPqm9-xz1ToW7gB01ybcSUjP6NJJgz-Xu4/s1600/birthday+card+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" l6="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh51Cv20LO3E9qbCgD4Nue8zMrHAK12s9s16oNm_CVMlqoYAgWm-iqljoN1dFsUdlGKWRTs_P3PtNp4p9lnp2bOn3JK-wZ8sxlRwb_jxVu7CTPqm9-xz1ToW7gB01ybcSUjP6NJJgz-Xu4/s640/birthday+card+2.JPG" width="424" /></a></div>Bizzie Lizzie Cardshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04975089900639137307noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4341163381319168845.post-48260852314019685902011-02-23T20:03:00.000+00:002011-02-23T20:03:43.933+00:00Magnolia Tilda 2The backing paper for this card was from Do Crafts Blueberry paper pad.<br />
The paper flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the frame Tilda was stamped onto was cut using my Cricut machine.<br />
I used watercolour pencils to colour in Tilda. I like using this method but would really love some tuition on getting the shading right.<br />

I then moved away from this for several years. I have now invested in some new stamps and have come back to making cards with stamps alongside other methods. Here is a card using a stamp from Lily of the Valley coloured in with promarkers and decorated with mulberry paper roses.<br />

The card below was made using a 14cm x 14cm card blank and decorated using the spellbinders fleur de lys pendant die cut on gold mirror card, paper flowers and mulberry paper rosebuds.<br />
